This week sees a few big titles releasing for the Nintendo Switch from third parties. Check them out below.
Resident Evil 1, Resident Evil 4, and Resident Evil 0 (Capcom) – May 21
The Switch will be home to three horrifying experiences this week as these three Resident Evil titles will hit the eShop on the 21st. While Resident Evil 4 will be a digital-only launch, Resident Evil 1 and 0 will be available psychically via the Origins Collections through your local games retailer. Resident Evil 1 will have you following Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine through the Spencer Mansion, with Resident Evil 0 will have you experiencing the action before the first game in this prequel starring Rebecca Chambers and Billy Coen in an abandoned facility. Resident Evil 4 will let you play as Leon S. Kennedy as you search for the president’s daughter in Spain.
Team Sonic Racing (Sega) – May 21
If you’re a fan of kart racing and co-op games, this is your title. Developed by the team that brought us Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing way back in 2010, this game lets you perform tricks, drift and collect power-ups like most kart racers, but this one differs in that you play as a team where you win through teamwork and efficiency rather than plain speed.
Other Releases This Week:
- Gunlord X (NG:Dev Team)
- The Last Door (The Game Kitchen)
- American Fugitive (Curve Digital)
- Star Sky (JMJ)
- For The King (Merge Games)
- Hungry Baby: Party Treats (Digital Melody Games)
- Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization Deluxe Edition (Bandai Namco)
Are you planning on picking any of these up? Is Resident Evil 4 worth picking up again? Let us know in the comments section what you think.
