Japan Sales Charts For The Week of Smash Bros

0

While it should come as no surprise to anyone, following previous rumors, that Nintendo was on top this week in Japan. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate sold over 1.2 million units during its opening week. This marks the best, non-Pokemon, opening for a Nintendo title.

Nintendo dominated the top ten this week with eight titles and held the top six spots in total. Nintendo published titles held on to the top five spots. Only Just Cause 4 and Battlefield V for the PlayStation 4 stopped Nintendo from owning the entire top ten. Pokemon once again had a solid week selling over 93k units.
